Better Communication Between Management and Associates Contributes to Boston Firm's Increase in Associate Satisfaction

In addition to increased pay for midlevel associates, better communication between the executive committee of Foley Hoag, Boston, MA contributed to the largest jump in associate satisfaction of the firms surveyed by American Lawyer in 2011.
